- Added new enum values (`REVENUE`, `VISITS`, `NONE`) for `Criteria type` in `GoalsCriteria`.
- Introduced `GoalProgressDetails` schema for tracking progress metrics (count, target).
- Extended `DepartmentGoal` to include time-based progress tracking (`today`, `week`, `month`) and departmental distribution of progress.
