Jeppe Bundgaard 2903cdf57d Add Workfeed module endpoints and schemas to OpenAPI: ...

- Introduced `Workfeed` API endpoints for employees, shifts, and departments with optional filtering and pagination.
- Added configuration endpoints for Workfeed including `getWorkfeedConfig` and `updateWorkfeedConfig`.
- Defined schema components for `WorkfeedEmployee`, `WorkfeedShift`, `WorkfeedDepartment`, and related list/pagination responses.
- Updated tags to include new `Security` and `Modules` categories.
