Jeppe Bundgaard 143ca80eb4 Add license plate and customer number watchers to fetch previous answers in MyWashStart.vue

- Introduced `fetchPreviousAnswers` function to retrieve and populate previous answers based on license plate and customer number.
- Added logic to clear answers state when license plate or customer number changes.
- Updated watchers to trigger data fetching and ensure answers reflect the latest state.
