Jeppe Bundgaard 52529fec3e Add filtering support to get.all methods and enhance Self-Serve data fetching logic

- Updated `get.all` methods across multiple Self-Serve components (`Questions`, `Conditions`, `Tasks`, `ConditionRules`, `Vehicles`) to accept optional filters.
- Refactored `MyWashStart.vue` and `SelfServeTryModal.vue` to leverage filters for context-specific data fetching (e.g., department, product, lane).
