Jeppe Bundgaard 81bd4c8583 Add interval-based status polling and toggle functionality to SelfServeMachineRelayControls: 
- Refactored relay status retrieval with a polling mechanism using `setInterval`.
- Added relay toggle controls (`b-switch`) for machine, program picker, and cleaner relays.
- Improved error handling for relay status fetch and toggle operations.
- Updated lifecycle hooks to clean up polling on component unmount.
