- Added tests for handling misconfigured terminal locations with superuser and operator guidance.
- Verified behavior for zero readers, existing payment intents (`requires_capture` and `succeeded`), and happy path payment flows.
- Introduced `bootDesktopCardPayment` helper for streamlined test setup.
