Jeppe Bundgaard 9ac322151b Add vehicle type filter to Self-Serve Questions module

- Introduced vehicle type filter support across Self-Serve Questions components, including `SelfServeQuestionsPagination`, `SelfServeQuestionsTable`, and `DepartmentSelfServeQuestions`.
- Added `selectedVehicleType` logic and `MyWashStartVehicleTypeSelection` for enhanced filter functionality.
- Updated filtering and pagination logic to handle dynamic vehicle type selection and modifications.
