Replaced the direct access of `department_id.value` with `getDepartment()` for better encapsulation in `POSDepartmentProcess.vue`. Updated multiple dependencies in `package-lock.json`, including Babel, Vue Flow, and others, to improve functionality and maintain up-to-date libraries.
