- Added warning for empty transaction invoicing in `InvoicingBillingPeriodViewAll.vue`.
- Updated invoicing button logic to simplify transaction handling and condition checks.
- Improved early exit validation in `fetchDepartmentBookingCount` to handle invalid `department_id` values.
